Aviation Working Group – India Contact Group
Sarin and Co. are members of the India Contact Group of the Aviation Working Group (AWG) and provide detailed support to the working group. We have a close working relationship with the AWG. Further, we have played an active role in shaping the correct development of India’s regulations in as far as the Cape Town Convention is concerned.
Rail Working Group
Sarin & Co are members of the Rail Working Group (RWG), which is a not-for-profit group established on the request of UNIDROIT (the International Institute for the Unification of Private Law) to represent the position of the rail industry relating to adoption and implementation of the 2007 Luxembourg Protocol to the Cape Town Convention on International Interests in Mobile Equipment on matters relating to Rail rolling stock (the Luxembourg Rail Protocol).
International Bar Association (IBA)
Sarin & Co are members of the International Bar Association (IBA), the foremost organisation for international legal practitioners, bar associations and law societies, with 80,000 individual members spanning 170 countries. Mr. Horacio Bernardes Neto, President – International Bar Association, was the Guest of Honour for the National Rounds of the 11th Leiden-Sarin International Air Law Moot Court Competition held at the Army Institute of Law, Mohali on February 1st (Saturday), 2020
